How does online booking work?
Choose your treatment, an extra if you like, and a time in the calendar. You pay a €15 deposit with iDEAL or another Mollie method; your appointment is confirmed right away and you receive an email.
What happens to the deposit?
The €15 is deducted from the price of your treatment. You pay the rest at the studio after your treatment.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before, via My appointments. Your deposit is then refunded. After that, or if you don't show up, the deposit is forfeited.
Where is the studio?
Paola works in The Hague and, during certain periods, in Barcelona. The calendar shows where she is each day. You'll find the exact address in your confirmation email.
How do I prepare for a lash lift or brow lamination?
Come without make-up around your eyes and brows, and without contact lenses if you can. If you have allergies or sensitive skin, let us know when you book or via WhatsApp.
How do I get started with permanent make-up?
Always with a free consultation. Paola discusses your wishes, your skin and the options, and tells you the price.
