A facial suits most skin types. Wait, or speak to Paola first, if you have:

How to prepare

  • Come with clean skin, or with as little make-up as possible.
  • Do not use scrubs, peels or retinoids the day before your appointment.
  • Tell us beforehand which skincare products or medication you use.
  • Do you have allergies or sensitive skin? Mention it when you book or on WhatsApp.

Aftercare

  1. Do not wear make-up for 24 to 48 hours.
  2. No sauna and no workouts that make you sweat a lot for 24 to 48 hours.
  3. Keep your routine gentle for the first few days: no scrubs, peels or retinoids.
  4. Wear SPF every day.

Which facial is right for me?

Glow Express is the shortest and gives your skin a quick refresh. Deep Detox focuses on cleansing and extraction. Radiance Ritual takes the longest and includes massage. Not sure? Send Paola a WhatsApp message.

How often can I have a facial?

Once every 4 to 6 weeks is usual. Your skin renews itself in about that time.

How much does a facial in The Hague cost?

The prices are at the top of this page, per treatment. When you book online you pay a €15 deposit, which is deducted from the price. You pay the rest at the studio after your treatment.

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours beforehand, via My appointments. You then get your deposit back. After that, or if you do not turn up, the deposit is not refunded.

Can I come if I use retinoids or have just had a peel?

Then a facial is usually not a good idea. Send Paola a WhatsApp message beforehand and we will agree when it is possible.

When can I wear make-up again?

After 24 to 48 hours. The other rules are under Aftercare.
